This means simply pay for the session you want, and have access to our exclusive training centre.

We still stand by our core beliefs of offering a training facility that has No Membership, No Joining fees, No Contracts.  Giving you the freedom to only pay for when you train.

To give you the best experience and make sure the equipment is available we do ask you call to arrange your training sessions in advance.  This helps avoid a crowded training area.

To take advantage of this new service, we’re only charging £5 per visit.

We can even provide you with a new programme, written by one of our experienced trainers if yours needs updating.
